What we collect

When you call us or use our call-back form, we collect:

your name, business name, phone number and email address
the postcode and address of the kitchen
details and photos of your extraction fan and the fault
job records, such as the work done, parts fitted and invoices

Why we use it

to reply to your enquiry and arrange a visit
to carry out the work and invoice you
to keep records we need for accounts, tax and insurance

We use your details because we need them to provide the service you’ve asked for, and for our legitimate interest in running the business. We keep some records because the law requires us to. We don’t sell your details, and we won’t send you marketing unless you’ve agreed to it.

Who we share it with

We only share your details with companies that help us run the business, such as our call-back form provider (FormSubmit), email and phone providers, and our accountant. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for 6 years for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop using them. Email us and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
